Administration and Finance Unit

Headed by the Director of Administration and Finance who is in charge of following the list of staff and update it regularly, following administrative personnel records, monitoring all activities related to staff, tracking the supply chain of goods (medication, equipment, property) of the hospital and Participate in the strategic plan, the annual and quarterly plan of the hospital, the Administration and Finance Unit comprises of the following Departments

• Accountancy Department headed by the hospital’s Accountant
• Human Resources Management Department, headed by the Human Resources Officer
• ICT Department, headed by the ICT Officer
• Logistics and Stock Management Department headed by the Logistics Officer
• Recovery Department headed by the Recovery Officer
• Customer Care Department headed by the Customer Care Officer
• Cashiers Department, headed by the Principal Cashier
• Documentation and Archives Department, headed by the Documentation and Archives Officer
